Hello,

My sister’s active MyDocs were on C:\ and not in her Profile folder. This prevented the network from backing up her active MyDocs to the server. I removed the old, static MyDocs out of her local profile. I moved her active MyDocs from C:\ to the MyDocs folder in her local profile. I cleared the server backup of her old, static MyDocs.

I anticipated that her local profile MyDocs would backup to the server on local Restart. Instead, the empty MyDocs folder on the server apparently overwrote her local profile MyDocs folder.

I know those files are still on the disk. I've instructed her not to save anything to the local drive (fearing to overwrite the sector).

There are some important files which she would like to recover. I am hoping you guys can help us get them back.
