Hi all,

I have a Sony Hard Disk Drive Camcorder. I accidentally deleted videos from my HDD Camcorder. This camcorder connects to my PC through USB port.

Is there any software which helps recover the deleted videos from the HDD camcorder?

Hi Aura,

In order to use the software, the faulty drive (Drive from which you want to recover data) should be recognized by the system. If on connecting you could see a drive letter of this Camcorder Hard Drive in My Computer, then you can use any Data Recovery Software to recover your data. In that case, I would like to know the file system of your camcorder Hard Drive.

If you are unable to see the drive letter, then you can send the drive to Data Recovery Service Labs for recovery.

I connected the camcorder hard drive to my system via USB; it shows up as FAT32 in Windows Explorer.

Well, In this case, I can try using Data Recovery Software, as my drive is getting detected by the system. Since I am having FAT file system, I will search for a FAT Recovery Software.
