Hi All,

My computer crashed and I lost all my data. I don’t know much about computers.

I downloaded software and after that my system just started timing out every 60 second. When asked to my friend, who is a technician, he said the software I downloaded had virus which wiped out everything off the hard drive.

He uninstalled and reinstalled the Operating system, for now my system is up and running but I do not have any data.

I just can’t afford to lose all my business documents and files. Please help me get back my data.

Yona.

Hello Yona!

Uninstalling and reinstalling Operating System wipes everything from the hard drive. You should have backed-up the data first, anyways don’t panic…

You can consult any professional data recovery services; they will recover all your data. Until then, don’t write anything to your hard drive as this may overwrite the trace of the lost data, making the situation even worse.

Choose the services that offer reliable services at reasonable prices.

All the best!

Hello....

Thanks for your suggestion, but I have many questions in my mind. I dont know where to start. Can you tell me how I can find good recovery services, how much it costs and what are the chances of getting data back??

Please clear me these points.

Thanks.
