Hi All,
To begin with I would like to say that I don’t know much about tape backup. I am using 2 Seagate tape drives. I am having problem with my clients tape drive I suspect the tape is shot and unusable.
I get same error message from 2 different tapes when I try to read data. I run Windows built-in software for backup tried with Veritas Backup Exec but did’nt work out.
I can’t afford to lose my data, why is my data inaccessible? Are the tape drives gone bad?
