Hello!
Last night my tape got stuck in the drive. It’s a 4mm DDS Data Tape, and it stores valuable data. Please tell me how I eject a stuck tape.
This is the first time this happened to my tape, I am frightened whether my data is ok or not?
Please help!!!!

Hi Davis!
Don’t try to pull the tape out this may damage the data on the tape. Power the drive OFF and back ON to override this condition.
If the problem still exists, disconnect the data cable from the drive to determine if the cable or connection may be the problem.
