Hello!
I have a problem with my Kingston 4 GB SDHC memory card. I'll try to explain things and I'd be very happy if you could help me.
My camera is Samsung L210 and for the past few months I've not been able to transfer my photos to the computer because of the USB cable which stopped working. That's why I bought a card reader device through ebay. You can see it here: http://ebaytoday.ru/catalog/Computers_and_Networking/Desktop _and_Laptop_Accessories/Memory_Card_Readers/290496519059-ite m.html
A few days ago I got the card reader and wanted to transfer the photos. However, a friend of mine was looking through the photos using Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and suddenly there was a problem. We couldn't see the photos anymore. :( According to his words, a message box saying "something about not being able to rotate the picture" appeared. His English is not good so I'm not sure whether that's the case.
The memory card is not empty, there are 3 files in it and that's what they look like (name/type/size):

SDC14170.JPG~RF34c4d3c.TMP / TMP File / 0 KB
SIV6EC4.tmp / TMP File / 2 450 KB
USBCßt½. / File / 3 342 336 KB

I read some things about programs recovering deleted photos and I was wondering whether they could be used in this case. I haven't tried to do anything yet, just tried to copy-paste the files on the computer - only the first one allowed me to.
Any ideas? Has anyone had a similar problem? Do you think there's still a chance to recover those photos? Can you recommend any programs?
Thanks in advance and have a nice day!
