Hi Barden,
Since the drive is failing during the boot, you can do the following:
1.If
different drives fail repeatedly during the RAID check, then you may
have a faulty drive. The solution is very simple replace the faulty
drive with a new one. 2.After the drive replacement if the problem
still persists, it would be wise to contact a data recovery company to
fix your RAID problem.
