HI,

I recently purchased a system and installed RAID in it. Now I am not able to read the file and is giving the message as software failure and is also shutting down automatically. Please anybody guide me to recover my data.

Hi Albert,

You have not mentioned whether RAID installed in your system is a software RAID or hardware RAID. Let me also know the Operating System you have and the error message displayed on your system.
