Hello everyone,

I am having a failure in my Raid 0 computer (2 Maxtor 160gb) I have been getting a lot of "unsafe" voltages through my surge protector and hence my computer has been shutting down when the surge protector trips. Apparently too many of these have happened. Now when I boot I get a Raid Failure. Please help… What do I do now?

Hi Aliza,

In RAID 0, if either of the drive is gone, then everything is gone. Just recreate the RAID array in the BIOS.

Please note recreating the RAID array will destroy all the data on the drives.

Don't panic, Aliza. You can try any RAID 0 Data Recovery Software.

I would suggest you to go for RAID Recovery Services, There are times when people opt for certain software for recovering their deleted partition. However, you should be cautious while using such tools because selecting any wrong option can overwrite on your existing data, making it impossible for you to recover your data.
