Hi,

I have a Western Digital Hard Drive. I am running Win XP professional version and having MS Outlook version 2000. Whenever I open the MS Outlook application, it opens and then hangs. Later when I checked the size of the .pst file I came to know that it has exceeded the max size limit i.e., 2GB.

So is there any program to recover messages from my corrupted .pst file?

Will the product be bale to recover contacts and other information or will it recover only emails?

Hi,

Yes, there is software which can recover data from a corrupted .pst file caused due to 2GB file size limit.

I work in an MNC and one of my colleagues had lost his emails due to the same corruption. And he had used a Data Recovery Software especially an Outlook Mail Recovery Software which helped him recover his data from a corrupted .pst file.

This software is basically a tool which helps to repair or recover your lost / deleted emails from damaged / corrupt Outlook (.pst) data files. The software can also recover .pst data files with no compression, medium compression and high compression. In order to run the software you need to have Microsoft Outlook version above 2002 installed on your system before you could use the software. Then only you would be able to recover .pst data file size above 2GB.

The software efficiently recovers messages, folders, appointments, meeting requests, contacts, tasks, task requests, journals and notes from .pst files.

I hope this information will be of some help for you!
