Hi,

The platters of my RAID disk got damaged and some strange sounds are coming from it, because of which it is not functioning properly. Can anybody suggest me solution regarding my problem.

hi Shen,

Don’t try yourself to deal with the problem; it may worse the situation further.  Coming strange noises from platters means RAID is going to get corrupted. So it is better to take your RAID to any recovery services for the evaluation.
