Hi,

I have San Disk Memory Card. As far my knowledge, it was working fine. All of a sudden I got an error message on the camera and when I removed the disk there was a crack outside the cartridge. Now I am unable to recover the photos from the disk.

It is not reading any of the photos on the disk in the camera or on the computer.

The exterior case has a crack in it but it seems to be only on the exterior.
