Hi,

I am looking for Data Recovery Software to recover the deleted file from my computer. But I would like to know, is there any software that can show the file delete date?

Hi Sani,

Deleted files are possible to recover, and software also displays modification time and date which allows confirming date of deletion. Would suggest you to use any File Recovery Software with which you would be able to recover you lost data.

Please make sure that you do not install and download the software on the partition from where you need to recover deleted files, as this might overwrite the files and it would be impossible to recover them.

When a file is deleted from your computer, its inside will not be immediately destroyed. Windows simply marks the hard drive space as being available for use by changing one character in the file table so that the file entry won't be displayed in My Computer or a command line DIR command, etc. If you handle to start an undelete process before the Windows uses that part of the hard drive to write a new file, all you have to do is set that flag back to "on" and you will get the file.

There are several third party data recovery software are available online. You may download a data recovery software from any legislative and genuine source. You can see preview of recoverable files in demo version of the software. Most of the recovery software also allow to see deleted and modification date of document and files. This can help you to know about the date on which you have deleted the document.
