Hi Barden,
First access both the
drives properly to know whether only one drive is dropping out or both. If you are sure that only one of them is dropping out then it may
have a basic mechanical or electrical issue.
Utilization of Recovery tools might help you, but the
process is quite complex. If you have an experience in using recovery software,
then go ahead but if process not performed correctly, you may fail to get the
data back.
It all depends on the nature of the failure. If the data is
really worth for you, you will need to find pretty reliable recovery program so
that you can do the actual recovery. Good Luck!
