Hello,

 

I have a Seagate 3.5 inch Desktop Drive having Windows 2000 Operating System in it. It was working fine till late night. Morning when I tried to boot it could not recognize the boot drive. I can hear it spinning but no clicking noise. I didn’t receive any warning also. I am really wondering as how it happened.

 

I need to recover all photos and all video files off the drive- all word. Doc files, Excel files and PowerPoint presentation files.

 

Will I be able to recover my files?
