Hi friends,

I have an 80GB Maxtor 7200RPM IDE hard drive with FAT32 file system on it. Now, the drive is crashed and I need data recovery software.

I tried a program which can see all my files but when I do a recovery all the files seems to be corrupted and I only see ASCII symbols in them.

Please suggest me further what do I do?

Would you kindly describe the problem more clearly as what is the reason for crash and what exactly happening when you try to access the drive?
