Hi All,
Today when I turned on my computer, it gave me an error message saying “Primary hard disk not found”. So, I turned it off and back on, and I get the F1 Retry Boot F2 Setup Utility. I m getting the same message again and again this is very annoying.
I cannot afford to reformat the hard drive. I have a lot of important stuff on that hard drive and stupid me didn’t back it up. Please give me some options to get back my stuffs without reformatting. Please HELP!!!!!!

Hi Carlo…
Firstly you need to be sure, whether your drive is detected in the BIOS or not.
To check this go to the system BIOS and check for the connected drives, if the BIOS is unable to detect the hard drive then there is some physical problem with the drive.
You need to contact a professional data recovery service company, for help.
Hope you get back your data!!!!
