Hello, My laptop hard drive is of 80 gigs. I formatted it with NTFS
(quick format) and reinstalled windows XP. I was trying to recover all .pst,
.dat files which were stored on hard drive before format. But the problem is
after reformatting, those files were unable to read.
I searched for those files again and again but unable to
find the file. Even worse is that my system crashed during complete format
recovery. So, I decided to reformat it again and I have done that, but it took
22 hours to format the half portion, where it took only 23 and ½ hours for the
first time for complete format.
Now, my question is whether those files get damaged during
the system crash?
Can I get those files back with the use of any utility?
Please help me…
