Hello,

My External Hard Drive fell from top of my computer about 1 foot, still it continued to work. I was listening to music and it just stopped. It now buzzes and I cannot access the drive as before. I don’t think the disk is turning.

I have plenty of music collections and other documents which I don’t want to loose. Do you guys know any way I could possibly recover the data I have lost on this drive?

Please please help me!

Hi Beck,

Need not worry; there are lots of ways to recover your data. Data can either be recovered using any Data Recovery Software or by Professional Data Recovery Services. In order to suggest the best option in your case, I would like to know whether the drive is getting detected in BIOS. If yes, what is the file system of the drive?

That is where I am stuck,  my drive is not getting detected in BIOS. Is there any hope that I can get my data back?
