Hi,

I had some important documents, which I had maintained a back up file of the same.  This back up file holds a series of files inside. Unfortunately I deleted this back up file. And went to use the original file and it got corrupted.

Can you please let me know if my back up file that was emptied from the recycle bin, is recoverable or not.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi Ciara,

Since you are looking for deleted file recovery, I would recommend you to download any File Recovery Software which is available in net. Search for such a software which bypasses the file system and searches only for deleted or missing data. As then you will be able to recover your data successfully.
