Hello guys,

I have HP laptop and I'm running a 15' PB 1GHz G4 512 Ram, with OS 10.3.6, and now I am having trouble with my CD that I burned a while back for which I lost my project document. Whenever I insert it into my PB it doesn't mount on the desktop, or in the sidebar. However it does show up in the sidebar of Disk Utility. But when I select it and hit the Mount button it just turns up the CD for a minute and nothing happens.

Can anyone suggest me to fix my CD as the document is very precious to and I don’t wanna to loose it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jacy....

Hi Jacy!

The information given by you is insufficient and difficult to diagnose anything.

Is it a CD-R or CD-RW?

Did you try to access it anywhere else?

How was the CD burned? Was it properly closed during the burning process?

Please let us know all this to suggest you anything.

Salvager.
