BIOS is the acronym of Basic Input/Output System. BIOS is a built-in
software that contains all the code required to control the keyboard,
disk drive, serial communication and other system functions. BIOS runs
at the startup sequence configure devices and then boot the operating
system.
BIOS are integral part of a system and are stored on a ROM chip which
handles all input and output functions. Sometimes called the ROM Bios,
it is the collection of computer routines that control the system functions.
