Hello Everyone,

I have a RAID setup with 2 80GB Western Digital hard drives. I believe one of the drives crashed.

When the system scans the IDE drives, it has an error with array and the status is “off line”. This suddenly happens while working on the system.

I am wondering about data recovery. Please suggest me data recovery services.

Hi Akule,

What made you say that the drive has crashed?

Did your drive make any clicking or grinding noise?

Does your system boot normally?

Hello,

My system is not booting and also I got clicking noise from my hard Drive. As it happened suddenly while working on system, I think it is a clear case of Hard Drive Crash. I hope, now you can understand my problem properly.

PLEASE help me out in this, because I need my lost data at any cost.

Its a case of physical failure. Do not experiment on the drive, this may worse the situation.

You can send the drive to Data Recovery Services lab and ask them for a free evaluation of the media and know the chances of recovery after completion the evaluation.

Chages are levied once the data has been recovered upto the satisfaction. No recovery no charges!

You can submit your case to data recovery services company like Disk Doctor Labs, Inc. Using the Submit Case form available online.
