Hi All,

My laptop was working pretty well; an hour before and when I reached home there was a blue screen on my computer.

It said something about "Unmountable_Boot_" something error.

I have a dead hard drive out of the laptop now. I tried to restart in Safe Mode, the screen just kept popping up. The Windows icon began loading as if everything was working normally and then the blue screen showed up.

I am surprised, as to what went wrong in such a short period of just an hour.

Please suggest me any software or recovery services to get my valuable data back.

Hi Mario!

Best advice anyone could probably give you is to put his HD in another operational computer and try to copy/burn what data you can access on it then format it.

If for some reason that don't work for you, the only option left is seeking help from a professional data recovery service.

Hi Salvager,

Thank You very much for your advice. I tried my drive on another system and it was surprising that it’s been working fine now. I copied all my data back. Now I m relaxed. Thank you once again.
