Hi,

I have a DELL PC with two hard disks, and I perform primary backup onto a single DDS-4 tape. Last night, one of my hard disk crashed but I was cool thinking that I have a backup copy of all my data.

This morning when I tried to access the data from the tape drive it is repeatedly showing me various errors.

I am not able to find the cause for my tape being inaccessible.

I am totally blank now…Please help me get back my data.

Jacy.

Hi Jacy,

I guess your tape has gone bad. You need reliable data recovery services from a Professional Data Recovery Company

Or, if you have good technical skills you can use effective tape recovery software.

Hope you get back your data!!!
