What to do if the hard drive does not spin up?

When the computer is switched on the hard drive must be recognized by the BIOS, if it does not recognize the there will be a fault in the jumper setting of the drive. When the drive does not spin up the power connections and data cables must be checked properly so that the power is supplied properly to the disk and the cables are attached in heir correct positions.

After this if the hard drive does not spin up it is sure that the drive has failed and it has to taken to recovery experts for the recovery of data in the drive.
