Cleaning hardware

Hardware cleaning is very essential to keep the computer peripherals in good working conditions, regular cleaning helps keeping the computer away from spreading germs and dust that may cause the system halt and eventually leading to data loss or data corruption.

Cleaning hardware includes clearing dust, degreasing belts on the tape drives, and referring repairs to qualified experts. Computer peripherals like keyboard, monitor, printer, scanner, mouse and other can be easily cleaned by a cleaning spray or alcohol on a damp cloth.

Hard drives cannot be cleaned physically; they have to be cleaned with various utilities by qualified experts. Periodical cleaning of the hard drive and other computer peripherals will help the computer system to run fast, more efficiently without any scope for data corruption.
